How To Make FAST Peanut Clusters with only 3 ingredients needed

Hungry? Want something sweet to satisfy your sweet tooth? Do you want something fast and easy with hardly any ingredients? Try these peanut clusters! They’re delicious and very easy to make. Here’s all that you need:

Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup / 4oz peanuts (I used lightly salted peanuts)

- 4 oz / 1/2 cup white chocolate

- 4 oz / 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate

Christmas garnishes:

- 1 tbsp of crushed candy cane

- 1/2 oz (1 tbsp) red-dyed white chocolate flicked on top of peanut clusters

- 1/2 oz (1 tbsp) green-dyed white chocolate flicked on top of peanut clusters

Instructions:

Melt the white chocolate and semi-sweet chocolate together in a bowl in the microwave. Every 30 seconds take the bowl out and mix the chocolates together until the chocolates are fully melted and combined together. Then add your peanuts and mix. Then set a big piece of parchment paper out on a big, flat surface. Then add about 1 tbsp of the chocolate covered peanuts on to the parchment paper until all of the chocolate-peanuts are gone. Then wait until they have set and are ‘dry’ to the touch. To speed up the process you can put the parchment paper with the peanut clusters on to a pan and put it in the fridge, or, if it’s cold outside, put it on a ledge outside. When your peanut clusters have set, they’re all ready to eat!

(This recipe make about 6 servings, or 12 peanut clusters)
