Procreate doesn’t have a lot of watercolor brushes; if you like watercolor, that’s a problem. That’s why I’ve created 61 watercolor brushes for Procreate, and I’ve even included a watercolor paper texture and a watercolor palette! Now you can create realistic watercolor on Procreate!

There are so many possibilities with this set full of so many different watercolor brushes! This set has a variety of different brushes, and they’re all there so you can create whatever watercolor effect you want!

- Water blender (use to blend colors smoothly)

What are the brushes like? The best way to know what these brushes are like is to look at the pictures.
These brushes have a range of uses and looks. Some are more of your typical, natural watercolor brushes, while others are very unique and untypical. The range of types of brushes in this set allows you to create unique watercolor pieces.
Keywords you’ll see featured in these brushes’ names are textured, sat, hue changing, and 2ndary color. What do these mean? Textured means that the brush has a watercolor paper grain. This means you’ll always have a watercolor paper texture when you use that brush.
What does sat mean? Sat stands for saturated. When one of the watercolor brushes’ names features sat it means that the brush strokes’ color will be more saturated based on how hard you press.
What does hue changing mean? If hue changing is in one of the watercolor brushes’ names, it means that the brush strokes’ color will change hue based on how hard you press.
What does 2ndary color mean? 2ndary color stands for secondary color. If 2ndary color is in one of the watercolor brushes’ names, it means that the brush strokes’ color will change to the secondary color based on how hard you press. Don’t know what a secondary color is? Learn what it is here.

THIS SET IS COMPOSED OF 3 FILES. ONE FILE IS THE BRUSH SET, ONE IS THE COLOR SWATCHES (COLOR PALETTE), AND ONE IS THE PAPER TEXTURE. THESE 3 SEPARATE FILES WILL APPEAR WHEN YOU DOWNLOAD THE SET INTO FILES. PLEASE FOLLOW THE DOWNLOAD INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
HOW TO DOWNLOAD: Tap the download link. The file will start downloading on your browser. In the top right corner you’ll see an arrow inside of a circle. If under this is a blue line, the set is still downloading. Once the line disappears, tap the arrow. Then tap the download and it will bring you to files. In files, you’ll find a ZIP file titled something like WATERCOLOR BRUSH SET. Tap on it and a blue folder will appear next to it. Tap on the folder and you’ll find 3 files. Two files (the brushes and the color palette) you’ll be able to tap and be brought right to Procreate. After adding one, make sure you go back to files and tap the other. Uploading the watercolor paper texture is a little different. You’ll have to go to Procreate and import the paper texture on to Procreate. Go to the canvas you want the texture to be on in Procreate. Tap Actions (it’s a wrench in the top left corner). Now tap “Add”, then “Insert A File”. Now find the file paper texture file and tap on it. Wait for it to import. Now you can use Transform to fit the texture to the canvas. The watercolor paper texture is on Procreate as one, separate layer. You may add this texture to any canvas in Procreate.
I suggest keeping the watercolor paper texture as a separate, bottom layer in Procreate.
