It’s the winter and all you want is a warm, eggless chocolate brownie, but you don’t have the ingredients for a huge batch of brownies. Plus, you don’t have the time mix and bake the brownies. Instead, why not make an eggless brownie in 1 minute out of hot cocoa powder! You already have multiple hot cocoa packets, so why not? All you need are 5 ingredients. Here are the ingredients:
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 hot cocoa powder packet
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 tbsp milk
- (Optional) a small handful of chocolate chips, or whatever else you like in your brownies
- (Optional) 1/2 tbsp of sugar
Then, all you need to do is grab a mug, pour into the mug and mix together the first 3 ingredients (the baking powder, flour, and hot cocoa powder), and then add the other 2 ingredients into the mug. Mix until you have a chocolate dough and, if you want, add a small handful of chocolate chips. I also add about a 1/2 tbsp of sugar to sweeten it up a little. I like to try a bit of the dough and, based off of it’s taste, decide if it needs a little bit of sugar or not. Mix one last time. Then, put it in the microwave for 1 minute to bake. Lastly, pull it out of the microwave, let it cool, and enjoy! 😋
